Who Built This

My name is Todd Worrich. I am a Texas REALTOR® and a licensed Texas attorney — and I live inside The Dominion, the 78257 guard-gated community in Northwest San Antonio. I serve on the HOA Board and am a member of The Dominion Country Club.

That combination is unusual. Most real estate agents are not attorneys. Most HOA board members are not licensed REALTORS®. The Proof of Concept

Before The Community Expert was a product, it was a problem I solved for myself. I wanted to be the recognized digital authority for The Dominion — not just another agent with an IDX search widget. I wanted buyers searching for Dominion homes to find me, not Zillow. I wanted sellers who had been watching the market for six months to already know my name before they ever picked up the phone.

So I built thedominionexpert.com — a hyper-local real estate authority site built entirely around one community. Every page, every piece of content, every automated listing post, and every market report is focused exclusively on The Dominion in San Antonio, TX 78257.

Once it was working, agents in other markets started asking how I built it. The playbook that produced those results — the site architecture, the listing automation, the AI search optimization, the Google Business Profile sync — became the foundation for The Community Expert platform.
